As a non-sequiter reply:
Out of the infinite number of multiverses, God chooses one.
Out of the many many galaxies in our unvierse, God chooses one.
Out of the solar systems in that galaxie, God chooses one.
Out of the planets in that solar system, God chooses one.
Out of the many continents on that planet, God choose one.
Out of the many areas in that continent, God chooses one.
Out of that area's many tribes, God chooses one.
Out of that tribe's many families, God chooses one.
Out of that family, God chooses one man. Abraham. God started pretty damn small :/
