Backstory

Rift is a German Shepherd Wolf cross with the bizarre ability to travel across dimensions. At the age of 13 he discovered this ability but when he first used it he lost all his memory except the knowlodge of how he travels across dimensions. Because of this he is unaware of his previous life, world or name. The world he ended up in was a typical Earthlike planet where he was found and raised by the mayor of the village he ended up in. The mayor named him “Rift” because of the Rift like markings on his back, his age was also identified by the local doctor. One day when he was 14 he decided to use his power again but soon realised that his travels through the Rift were random and he had no way back. After many travels he eventually ended up in a chaotic world and was cursed to be an undead, from that point on he would return to life whenever he died but each time would start losing his sanity and suffering necrosis which would worson. To return to life he needed to take the life of another. He quickly fled that world after learning as much as he could of the curse. At the age of 16 he found out the sheer number of worlds there were, for every possible occurrence and imaginable universe was a world. He found this by ending up in the video game universe of Dead Space and was turned into a necromorph, however he managed to regain life and found he could “control his hideous and dangerous necromorph form and transform at will. At the age of 17 he ended up in another Earth like world populated by humans, furries and dragons. He decided to stay as he somehow felt at ease there and made friends. He is now able to memorise one world to always return to and he uses this one as his home world as he travels in search of fun and adventure!

General Appearance and personality

He has blue eyes, brown fur with grey underneath and grey paws. He has black markings with a dark blue and black Rift marking on his back. Rift has no injuries as he has a very fast regeneration ability. He is sssvery friendly but is often quite shy, however once he gets to know someone he will be very loyal and try to help them. He is bisexual but it can be very hard to tell at times by the way he acts. It is very rare for him to show his necromorph form and only friends may get the opportunity.
Equipment

Rift has a flamethrower and a semi-automatic pistol. He doesn’t carry melee weapons as his necromorph form is used for melee, and ranged in some circumstances. He wears a wide variety of clothing when needed but he has a signature set of riot gear.
