For a first try at the fashion this is very good! There are, however, a few things I would like to point out.
Low necklines are generally considered a no-no in lolita fashion, contrary to what anime would have you believe. The aesthetic is generally based around an ideal of nonsexual femininity, and therefore the clothes tend to be accordingly conservative. In addition, the cupcake-like silhouette is another hallmark of lolita. Ideally the skirt would be longer and would have a fluffy petticoat underneath, and there's a good chance it wouldn't be pleated either.
Hot pink/black is also rather unorthodox to the lolita aesthetic, but your character is a pink unicorn, after all, so no need to worry about it. Artistic liberties and all. c:
Overall the picture is very lovely. You color far better than I ever could and the eyes are quite pretty. I hope you'll find this critique helpful if you ever decide to draw lolita-related things again in the future!
