Feel free to make any changes to their designs you want, give them a gender, and basically do whatever you please with these.
If you sell them, please do not sell them for more than you paid.

About Golems
These special golems are born when a pinch of life magic gets contained in a rock. At their beginning they are very adaptable, and take on the qualities of whatever elements are near them. When they "hatch" these qualities begin to show. When a golem is strong enough, it will "evolve" into a final, fully grown form. If a golem gets too weak, it will reverse back to its middle stage. It also may reverse if it feels too strong of emotions (depending on the golem) or by its choosing.
