The pun, the pun in the name. Seriously.
I imagined the two chars meeting, both of them being rather angry individuals who would easily come to bad words. One of those bad words would probably be 'Fairy' which is the QUICKEST WAY EVER to get under Baal's skin and get yourself turned into a balloon. But upon discovering how elastic Belle is, well, who knows what would happen.
It would probably involve more beer.
