This is an original piece of concept art by character designer Rebecca Mills. It was a part of a collection of concept art from the Landmark Entertainment company that was being sold on Ebay. From I've learned, this was for a cancelled animation project known as "The Peanut Butter Papers." I know very little about the story and characters of the proposed series.
