how do you do hair?

I use a bunch of different things for the smaller details but the basic concept is to always pick a direction for each large block of hair and follow it as a general guideline. In this case th blocks and directions are as such; Top to front- forward to down. Side- down to back. Most of the back of the head- Also down to back. I'll draw a frame in a little while, and if you want to see how a make a particularly difficult style feel free to show me ^.^

Hm, well with the fuzzy effect I'd just say choose a shape and draw a lot of really small ones- While my lines are usually rounded off to look smooth the base concept of each bunch of hair is a triangle or severl small triangles -nod-
