In the Empire of Zhoun there are three main armies and one royal army whose sole purpose is to protect the capital and the Emperor. The First of the three armies is the army of Tal to the south. The second is the army of Li to the west. The third is the army of the dragon Tanith Shadowfax located to the east. To appease the dragon the Emperor allowed him to fashion his own banners and uniforms. In a nod to his affinities the dragon chose a design that showed both his sides. Fire and Nature.
