This is Kasumi. He is a Velius - a fast swimmer who can breath in and out of water and run fast on land as well. They are also vicious hunters.

My character has that same problem
Too bad she lives at the bottom of the ocean
Doesn't really get that many problems
But
It could also scare people
Seeing a giant glowing creature
