I don't think I've ever seen you do just a simple picture of Sonic like this before.

I think you got Sonic down pretty well. There's an evident friendliness in his expression, but also some determination helped along by his hand pose, like he's eager to be off somewhere. It reminds me more of AostH Sonic (which I honestly like the best), rather than his modern, edgy equivalent.
