The arms. They are crossed a bit too uncomfortably I think. They should be closer together so that one hand actually holds the Biceps while the other goes under it.

Your right now that I look at it. It looks more like he's uncomfortable than that just crossing his arms

*nods* Everything else is fine. Just the arms position looked a bit bad to me. As well when you cross your arms there is no space between the arm and the torso. They are quite tightly together
