Cats have a much larger than human requirement for both arginine and taurine. The immunizations could have increased the requirements for these two essential feline nutrients to greater than that supplied by the cat's food. Try adding an extra 1 gram per day of each to the cat's food - any health food store will have it, and your vet can easily mix it in.
