A snowblower sits in the bright warn sunshine next to the Fergus Falls, MN depot.

I think this is a Nordco M7, why it's sitting out like this in June I've no idea

Wow, I've never seen a snowblower quite like that before. Is that blade like a spreader?

It reminds me of the little snowblowers the Chicago Transit Authority uses- they're pushed by small, custom-built diesel locomotives.

Near as I can tell from the website the rubber 'stubble' whatchacallits help separate ballast from the snow before the blower gets it.

And yes, the side blades are just like a common spreader.

we have these in new zealand its similar but we dont have the snowblower attachment
