Inteus relates to the snake in both body and style. He’s startlingly quick with movements in striking his opponents and if he makes too flee, if you lose sight of him- he’s gone. Inteus is very very flexible and can climb just about anything his can get his fingers or arms around. He has incredible stamina. Like the snake he’s very patient and can wait out any enemy.

At age 5 Inteus developed a strange medical condition. He was taken to doctor after doctor, One thinking it was stomach ulcers to another thinking it was cancer. But they could never find anything, even going do far as surgery to try and find something to tie in the strange bleeding that was causing him to vomit up and spit up blood. But nothing could be found. Test after test he practically lived in the hospital very sick all the time. Finally at Age six the doctors doubted he’d live through the year.

But he did, and the next and the next. Eventually they discovered triggers from spices in foods to certain drinks… The vomiting blood was on and off. The more years that passed they discovered plenty of triggers for it learning how to avoid them so he could live relatively normal. Of course there were random times or the occasional cold or flu bug that really set him off and would put him in the hospital for weeks. Though with age, his immune system improved more so he wasn’t so subjectable but he still has a trashy immune system.

When he was 13 He was told his brother Kei was mugged at ATM and shot. His brother was paralyzed from that point on and the people that shot him were never found. At least that was what they told Inteus, as Kei was also an assassin and was injured by an enemy assassin one night while on a mission and he ended up paralyzed.

For years he trained with his grandfather as his Granfather’s cover was the master of a dojo, Since he was 13 Saying he would want to be able to defend himself if that ever happened, but really he was just wanting to learn how to fight because he didn’t think it was fair the cops couldn’t find his brother’s attackers, nor could they find any of the other people around that did awful things or do anything too them.

At age 17 Inteus took it upon himself to put all he’d learned to the test. Years of martial arts training, Self training in Parkour and his own high intelligence, He created a persona, a superhero.. or sub hero. Wearing a specially crafted gasmask that looked like a dragon or a demon and dark clothing he took to the midnight streets of Chicago, where they eventually gave him the name – Nightwing, after the marvel hero. He made the news and became an icon and an inspiration for the people of Chicago as he cornered drug dealers, Rapists, Theives and muggers taking them all out one by one. The law enforcement of course did not approve and so warrants were set out for his arrest, and soon the assassin society caught wind of his vigilante antics and how well he managed to conduct his assaults.

They wanted him too… to be an assassin.

Having a certain leeway with the government, the assassins conducted their test to see if he was right for their people and he passed , but he didn’t want anything to do with them so he ran, getting injured in the process. At which point he returned to his best friends house seeking medical attention and unmasking himself to Chase, who down the line becomes his boyfriend.
