Right, so got this as a surprise gift today from  Synad :P
It's my pony OC Dewflower. (yeah, I got one of those too) Was originally just made as a pun from a friend, saying if I had a pony, it'd have a vulva on it's flank, as obsessed as I am over the female genital hehe. But I found the idea neat, and soon my gynecologist pony was made.

Not much else to say here. Cutie mark ain't showing, but there is a "PG rated" version that's basically a twist of Redhearts, but with a female symbol in it.

Also, Dew has been in... 4-5 stories , 2 as a cameo. And she had a brief existence on a tumblr ask when those were popular for the heck of it. I'm just trailing off here hehe :P
