Aww, Wiley needs a hug. :'(
Yes, I drew this picture myself on my DSi and colored Wile E. Coyote in on MS Paint (took a friggin' HOUR).
By the way, you do notice the tears and the snot in the picture. This is because this is the second panel of a comic I posted on Hatena. In the first panel, we see him crying because of the pain he undergoes within those Wile E. Coyote cartoons.
I might be the only human on Earth who feels really sorry for him. :(
