This is Rokubimon, Alektomon's champion form.
He's based on Rokubi no Raijuu, the 6-tailed thunder weasel from the story of the Tailed Beasts.
Other canon Digimon based on the Tailed Beasts include Kyubimon (9-tailed fox) and Orochimon (8-headed, 8-tailed snake).

Rokubimon is a raijuu-type Digimon, like Alektomon, and has electric abilities. The six drums around his torso are balls of rolling thunder. His 6 tails each have two storm clouds that circulate/travel around them.


Also, the sketch on here was my base design for Rodney.
