Mutation? really? Gee In wonder what could bring that to happen?

It's a plot in my fiction where all my character live. Human & Hyoukyo (what they call Anthropomorphic person in the story, meaning f 'the curse one') can have a child together. But Hyoukyo can't have a child together. And on rare occasion, human's child can born as Hyoukyo even the parent both are human.

The child can be either human or Hyoukyo. If they were born as Hyoukyo they'll have an appearance of animal at 2 first years before slowly develop into fully anthro. All Hyoukyo carry one specially gene that make their life time slower than human (e.g. If human can live for 80 years, Hyoukyo can live for 160 years) Live longer like lots of human wish for, with all your family and friends that may already dead.

Wow that sounds like a blessing and a curse I can't wait to see more:)
