Gaudily painted Otter Tail Valley Railroad EMD GP-18 #192 rests on the siding next to the depot in Fergus Falls, MN.
This GP-18 (and the most of NS's original order) has had an unusual procedure, locomotive Rhinoplasty.
I hear you saying, "It has a full height nose? What do you mean?"

Well, this old EMD was built for the Norfolk Southern as #13 when they had a grey colour scheme. It was also built with a 3 window cab-face instead of the typical 4 and a factory chop nose!
On January 1, 1974, the Norfolk Southern was merged into the Southern Railway System the "old" NS GP-18s and GP-38s were rebuilt with high short hoods, and control stands were switched to favor long hood forward operation.

To this day this GP-18 is a long hood forward locomotive.

In July of 2013 this locomotive went south and was last seen in the TP&W East Peoria, IL yard. From there it is currently unknown where it went.
