This Kibatsu is a very unique design, technically the body type is the "flying" type but it is meant to be more of a Nebula related Kibatsu. Wings in the extended form are either feathered (common for the flying Kibatsu body type) or more of a typical membraned dragon wing with the "swallow tail" extension.

Being a Nebula Kibatsu, this dragon is more than able to move through space. Powerful wings and a long powerful tail allow it to move quickly from land to space. It can shoot extremely powerful energy blasts from it's mouth in feral form and can shoot them from it's hands in anthro form. Clothing in anthro form is tight fitting to the body with free flowing sleeves, the pants are loose fitting and long. This Kibatsu is often heavily adorned with jewelry and large stones.
