An assassin bug. The long proboscis there stabs down into other insects like an ice pick into Trotsky's skull!
You should probably check your pool for exiled communist literatii immediately! Sometimes the little bastards can gather in the corners. I had to clean Bolshoi and Bordnikovsky out of my lint trap in the laundry only last week.
