And a Sunny Orb (Brings out the sun to regain health)

Shikei; Death Penalty
Male
A Luxray who has painted himself with a couple markings, sometimes seen wearing Skulls he's found and such.
Wears a Silver Spike (typo'd ISN'T iron xD)
And a Sneak Scarf ( Prevents user from waking up initially sleeping Pokemon )
