I think the only criticism I can give you is that you should make her right knee (Not camera right) a little bit square-y.

anyways fucker, her left leg is mega longer than it should be especially if youre tyring to foreshorten it, her right foot is turned too upwards - the sole is showing too much. the side of the foot should be showing more, if it makes sense, which it does, asshole. the hair seems stiff, like its resisting the flow of her running. the position of the head on the neck makes it look like she is pulling her head back, her right knee loks like a fatty's knee, her right thumb, if i am looking at it correctly, would heckas hurt if she ran around holding a scythe like that. thumb should be pointing upwards, & actually, fingers should be pointing horizontally/downwards too. hold your hands up like you are running around with something that big you nugget.

I think her right arm looks fine, but her left arm (the one in front) looks too long because of her large hands I think. Make the forearm a bit shorter and it should all fall together.
As for the legs, I think the left leg (bent one) looks really good. You could mahe her foot a TINY bit smaller if you wanted to give it a little perspective, but you don't have to - it looks fine as it is. But the front-stepping leg could use some work. For a start, give her a wee bit more ankle space. And since that foot is coming more 'towards' the viewer, the foot looks a bit small perspective-wise. Make it bigger, and angle it a bit more 'downwards' and not so 'up', because it almost looks like it's broken at the ankle it's at.
Also, you could make the outstretched leg a little straighter if you wanted it.

Oh, and I know you only asked for foot/arm crit but as a bonus, her neck looks a little off. Maybe a tiny bit too long or too curvy or something. lol i dunnoe

im the worst about bodie's critique... but i can help you with the sickle... naturally (realistically?) its going to be bigger then it seams it should be. An honest sickle will be about seven feet in the handle and half again as wde as the shoulders of the person wielding it... they are -not- small weapons
