Varogod Xceel is a earth dragon, and unlike many other dragons, chose to live throughout the ages rather than sleep. Throughout his life, he has watched man leave their caves, burn people condemned to witchery, and annihilation in wars. he has naught but distaste for humans, and when the FuX virus spread, he desired to kill them all. Unlucky for him, he started in a town Koukai was staying in, and was promptly stopped. Varagod Xceel was the first primal Dragon affected by the FuX virus, and caused quite a scare, as dragons were all but fairy tales.
