This was red cardstock with either ProWhite watercolor (despite it's name, it's really, really strong when only lightly diluted!) or white cel-vynl paints. :o The gold and silver bits were Unitball Gel-Impact pens, and all the lineart was done with a pentel pocket brush pen and some standard Staedtler pigment pens.
And I think that's everything I used, haha.
