This is Hugh Phileas, a Snow Leopard Changed from Blackburg Virginia, was pals with a skunk named Robert Hallman. Though due to their differences in age his parents moved him to Silver City North Carolina.

Hugh's used to the heat, but still, he likes to dress light. He stopped using blankets and started putting many fans in his room. His parents merely think he has a rare disease, as they cannot tell his intolerance to heat is due to the fact that he is a Snow Leopard thanks to the reality distortion field separating Humans and Changed.

He's made friends closer to his age range, Thana Verde, Iris Vinole, Dave, and Gabriel Locke or as he calls them

Creepy Crawly - Gabriel
Bandit - Dave


Hugh is mildly autistic and does not understand the Change nor what it means for him and his friends. He is physically 14, but has the mentality of an 8 year old.
