So, it's been a good while since I've drawn an ACTUAL picture featuring Alez (dude on the left). This is also the first showing of Louiz, Alez's big sister and higher up.

Both are soldiers/members of a military-type group in the world of DI (Directional Influence) called "The Force", stationed at a base located by a town called "Paazloew". At 22 Louiz is already a Drill Seargent for new recruits. She's also high in the ranks enough to casually talk with some of her own superiors, though not at that level where she can command a whole battalion.

As for Alez, well... he's definitely a soldier; basically Private level. But due to him being just too young (I'm thinking between 12-14), he's not allowed an official ranking. But it's not like he's proven that he's competent enough to be appointed any rank. His size tends to get in the way with keeping up with "the big boys", and his age keeps him from being taken seriously. Alez is determined to show what he's capable of, but it's an up-hill battle.

All he wants to do is prove himself, and make his big sister proud. But he's got a long ways to go when the very person you're trying to make proud is scolding you and pushing every button you don't want to hear...

And one can only imagine how Louiz feels having to talk to her little bro that way... It's never fun when family and work cross paths like this.
