severuscoil was in my Artists' Alley this year at Anthrocon. As he was checking in, I spied his badge and was like, "dude, that badge rocks. Who did it?" And he was all, "Me." And I was all, "You must drawings for the me!" And he was all, "Do they speak English in WHAT?!" And I was all, "... What?" (*)

The conversation went on like that for some time. Luckily, no one was shot. But I did get over to his table (sometime well AFTER we opened, so I was deep in queue). And I bought a commission. Started out as just a sketch. Then later I upgraded, 'cause I saw how awesome it was coming out and was all, "Dude, you MUST color that holy crap."

So, I threw some themes at him, as well as my portable Rooth'ragon ref, and he rubbed his chin, threw some themes back at me, and an idea was hatched. Rooth'ragon, doing par kour (aka, freerunning), mega macro style. Mountains make fun obstacles. ;)

I love this guy's style, and though he apparently specialized in pr0n, hopefully he'll be cool with me commissioning more clean art from him in the future, once this is done. :) Would love to see his treatment of Rooth'roo!
