now i remember seeing old joke pictures one a person with two heads and one head is smoking and the other would say something or smoke would come out of the other head's mouth. that's what's happening here.

Karisha thought one day she try a cigar, against her sisters better judgment. thing is though she doesn't know she's not too inhale cigar smoke, and with the twins sharing the same lungs poor Mena is coughing out smoke while Karisha is enjoying her cigar.
