No. The fact is some people DON'T respond...

I dunno, to me I guess is that I can't really imagine why a person would be against a new watch from a stranger. The only way they wouldn't want a watch from someone is if the watcher starts to harass the person they're watching. I dunno how it works, but in that time, the profile owner can apparently block that person.

As for people not answering you, there are artists that will ignore almost all comments. So the way I see it, you're stopping yourself from being able to watch an artist like that. Unless that's your intention...

But I dunno. lol
