Here's the next part in the continuing colab between me and my good friend
xehta13 where his bounty hunter Derick meets my bounty hunter Petie! =D

The two little ones sat on a bench as Derick licked at a strawberry ice cream cone almost as big as he was. The toddler puppy sat in silence, his usual dour expression betrayed by his tail wagging as he enjoyed his sweet treat. Petie sat next to him licking his own, smaller strawberry cone.. Glad to see the puppy was enjoying his. Derick licked at the ice cream, liking strawberry for some reason out of every other flavor of ice cream. "So....how long after we move apart will I get back to normal?"
"A few hours." Petie said in between licks of his ice cream "I can turn you back like I did with that monkey but I don't have enough control to turn stuff back yet so..." Derick made a face at remembering the infernapes humiliation when Petie had turned him back "Yeah...I’d rather turn back when I'm near my clothes" Petie thought for a moment on "How about I take you down to your boat... I'm guessing you have a boat, and turn you back there so you can go change clothes quick?" Derick smirked a little at that "Guess my hinting really worked" he said, taking another lick at the ice cream.
"Though... I wanna know something first if that's okay."
"Fine. Go ahead and ask"
"I told you about my fruit, the babu babu no mi... now what's yours?"
".....Katachi Katachi no Mi. I can basically warp my body in any way I choose. I usually use it to increase my muscles to add strength.”
"Coooooool..." Petie sighed and pouted as he leaned back on the bench "Why couldn't I get something like THAT instead of this!" Derick snorted at that "It's not as great as you think it is kid" Petie raised an eyebrow at that "Oh? Tell me how it's worse than being stuck in the nursery forever." he commented poking Derick's diaper "And wearing these." Derick gave him a glare for that "Try having the fact that you're not really in full control of your powers and that even one thing that either pisses you off or surprises you-" poppop comes two tiny breasts "-this happens!!"
And they quickly vanished from his chest as well, replaced by babyfat "Huh..." Petie said watching "I kinda have trouble with my powers affecting stuff around me... apparently your fruit and mine don't mix well together..." he remembered reading in one of Momma’s books there was no telling what’d happen when two fruit user met, this must be what it meant. Derick's eye twitched as he sucked back the fat. "Yeah..."
Eating the last of his cone Petie pulled the puppy into his lap and cuddled him "Seems we both got the short end of the stick power wise huh?" Derick blushed furiously "I guess....now let go!" he growled and flailed. Petie giggled at that and tickled him a little "Sorry, you're just a really cute puppy." Derick held his breath but he had no choice but to giggle. "S-stop that! Quit it!" Petie grinned evilly and laid Derick across his lap, tickling at the puppy's tummy with an expert paw talented in leaving babies happy giggling balls of fur. Sure enough Derick giggled and squirmed helplessly "Gah!! Hahahahaha!! Stop!!!"
Petie gave the puppy's tummy one more tickle before stopping so Derick could catch his breath. The puppy panted hard as he lay on Petie’s lap, glaring up at him. The teddiursa just smiled and gave him a warm and affectionate hug. Derick sighed and crossed his arms, getting that unusual feeling of comfort again. "Guess you wanna get to your ship now, right?" Petie asked as he patted Derick's head affectionately. The puppy snorted and squirmed "Yeah I wanna get to my ship!!"
Petie chuckled and Derick suddenly found himself riding piggyback on the teddiursa's shoulders as Petie hopped off the bench "Lets go!" The puppy blushed and sighed at this “Is this really necessary?” which made Petie look up to him and ask in an honest tone “Are you saying you don’t enjoy it?” which made Derick roll his eyes “Just go. I’d rather not waddle all the way there.” Starting to head for the docks Petie giggled “I’ll take that as a yes!” Derick growled cutely but otherwise stayed quiet as the two traveled.
