Like I said in the note, this is bloody adorable, and I like how you've altered the overall style slightly to ake it your own. Thicker eyes, eyebrows, and a generally thicker, almost cuddly, anatomical frame. Completely loving the winged sandals. I can imagine you doing some pretty nifty high-jumps/hovering with those. The ribbon stitched on to your chest seems a little strange, but it doesn't actually look odd at all, and finishes of that snazzy costume very nicely.
I don't know whether you plan to include any weapons (like the scythe that Fiz has), but even if not, she would totally fit in a fantasy environment.
