All of her sexual parts/organs are hidden until wanted (including nipples). They prefer to walk around naked like this, but having their boobs jiggle everywhere in public isn't good, so the DA have forced them to wear clothes when out in public.

They do have an internal skeleton that keeps them upright, its not as thick as other species though, its just for movement and form, rather than protection. thankfully their softer flesh is extremely shock absorbant and pretty tough, so their skeletons are usually unharmed.
