Where else but Ebay. haha
But really, there are a few specialized shops on ebay who stock such big balloons. *loonerworld, topballon* There's also a few american webshops. *Kaboom Balloons, and more*

Did you get to pick the color of the balloon? Top Balloon and Kaboom usually only have 1 color on display, so I'm wondering if you can purchase a specific color.
