Whoever or whatever is making noise outside - it's keeping young Richie Preketzian awake.

This was colored after the "Richie in bed" piece. This time though, I diluted the process cyan acrylic ink with enough water to allow a thinner wash. It allowed the pencil lines to show through (my intent) though I had to touch up the shadow and speech balloon with a graphite stick.
