This was a new thing suggested to me and (and enforced) by 
ZackBarzahd! The idea is to sketch a thing in under 30 minutes once a day. The hope is that this'll get me drawing fast and for good again!
Aaaand the first day I sort of failed! I wasn't keeping track of the time so I went on for too long. Though if you look at them as two separate occasions, other then being over by 3 minutes on the first sketch, I did OK! I don't think the second drawing is that special.
