Morgan LaFontaine, 1928 New Orleans Witch Doctor.
I had the idea to design this character after watching Princess and the Frog (NO SHIT, SHERLOCK). I'm incredibly pleased the way this was done, too!

LaFontaine is a very, very evil Mandrill. He seems like the average Voodoo practitioner, but when you get anything from him, he only asks for "something small" in return. This "something small" happens to be YOU, in a manner of an hour or so. He'll curse you as he gives you what you ask for, and as soon as your hour is up, you'll find yourself no larger than an inch tall. He keeps his little clients as pets, food, or "pleasure aids". When he's done toying with his pets, he'll eat them or crush them underfoot, and very rarely does he let anyone go.
So yeah, shake his hand. He's going to be someone I roleplay as quite often from this point forward.
P.S. A Mandrill is essentially a Baboon.
