On Chakona, the homeworld for chakats, Amistad is the first settlement on the planet, and the capital of the world. Here you see the Department of Environment, one of the most important facilities on Chakona. Chakats are dedicated to keeping a harmonious relationship with the world that they have settled, and much time and effort is committed to this cause so that the population may grow without harming the overall environment. Note the stream actually flowing through the building.
