Whoooo. Alrighty, so I've been feeling sort of unsatisfied with my art style lately, and feeling like... well, I always stay in my comfort zone. And it's not good for my art, because it starts to get boring for me. I've been seriously stagnant for a very long time. Therefore, I've decided I need to do more experimenting, with everything. Colors, styles, poses, backgrounds, everything I can.

With this, I was experimenting mostly with style and color. I wanted to try something that was more cartoony than I usually do. A lot of inspiration came from Alegart, ButtBear and Vekke over on dA. I also realized I have no sense of color theory ._. It's pretty awful. I feel like I'm floundering when I try and find colors that go together. So, there's something I need to work on.

Also, composition and placing of things and poses that make the viewer's eye flow more naturally.

IN THE END I just want to start drawing with more of a... professional eye?? I want my artworks to be purposeful in their execution.

Anyway. I'll stop ranting.
