Yeah, she is different from Tsu, check the markings... they're subtle, but different.

Anyway, she will be the next matron of the pod, so long as Tsu survives the Sharcadian wars... since her father is already dead, if Tsu is killed, she loses her position.

She can only become matron when Tsu stands down.
