In the Twisted Treeline, my team had been Nasus (me), Darius and Fiora VS. Nocturne, Riven and Ryze.
At the end, with my teammates dead and me in front of the enemy Nexus, the whole enemy team had been attacking me.
(Yeah, Darius is OP, but my teammate Darius hadn't been playing very well at all...)

Hah, that reminds me of one of my own games.
I was Nasus, doing a nice job on solo top. My nocturne, blitzcrank were feeding, only Tristana was farming nicely. My teamfight presence helped us not losing the game. Enemy team had Jax and WW going for our Tristana, so I had to chase and wither them to death all the time. So in the end we were like 25 kills against their 45 kills, lost baron to them. Then suddenly, out of nothing, our Blitzcrank managed to land a grab and pulled their fed Caitlyn between us, we killed her within an instant. Then teamfight against them, 3 of us survived and pushed...
While I was smacking their nexus, three of them respawned, my two teammates engage them and get killed, while I still hit that Nexus. Then they turn to me, I keep hitting... My health at 1/3 as Q goes off CD and I smack it a last time... VICTORY!
