Take a page outta Shawna Mills' book though. Exaggerate the holy shit outta action poses, like tightening everything to the point of breaking and angle it like perspective had an LSD spasm all over your page. Even for a clean and detailed paintery style like your own, it can bring out so much impact in a pic.

Start by saying 'fuck you anatomy', then slowly accept him back into your life. That way you can turn a great pic like this into a holyhellwowit'spunchingmeinthefaceandIlikeit pic.

Thanks for the advice! When I sketched it out, the anatomy was a lot looser and more exaggerated, actually... but I fixed everything because I have a bad habit of making my images stiff ;__;

body, keep it as is. Mebbe turn the gun round so we can see the inside of the muzzle slightly, just to give the trailing arm some perspective.

Legs, well, the raised knee, raise it further till the thigh is almost in a straight line, then have her leaning more forward on the support leg. That way it'll look like she's taking epicly huge strides, which means she's going really damn fast.

I love the simpleness of this one. Some shadows on the white background would be nice to give it more atmosphere.
The pose is well done.. what did you use as reference?

I had a shadow on the ground originally but I found it looked kind of off where the leg was fading and everything. I just used a reference for the gun. Thank you!
