There were quite a few Bi-planes in WWII, granted most became overlooked as faster and more armed planes came along.
This site has a list of some of the fighters that saw survice during the war.

The site however doesn't list recon or bombers like the Grumman J2F Duck or other such planes like the Henschel Hs 123.
