If you live in or near a fairly large town or city, you could probably check the yellow pages for a nearby custom embroidery shop. A few things to keep in mind though:

1: For something this complex you'll need a fairly high-res copy of the logo to give them, like maybe 1600x1200 at the least. A simpler design could probably be done with a smaller source image.

2: Gradients don't translate well into embroidery, especially not on an area as small as a baseball cap. A full-size jacket patch might work, but that'd have a huge thread count (and price).

3: Unless you're planning on making a bunch of these they'll most likely hit you with a one-time setup fee, which is probably going to double the actual cost.

Just to let ya know. I think it's a very nice design overall, but it might be a bit too much for embroidering unless you have a lot of money to spare.

Well, unfortunately, the closest large city to me is St. Louis, and that's 100 Miles away. Oh well. Might try later on down the line.
