Even looking at this, I can tell I'm horridly shy with my color usage.
Used some color technique to compliment some yellow and soft red/purples and try and create a more dynamic picture.

As you can see, I still have a LONG way to go, but I'm really trying to break out of my old shading/color habits, so I'm wanting to make things pop more.

I was pretty pleased too with the expression in this pic, because so much of my art is close-muzzled, profile, or the same 3-quarters pose.

Been a while since I drew my fursona too, so it's good to see Fera again. XD

PS- Drawing a base circle and lines for the head really helped me figure out the muzzle angle for this expression. Definitely a more stylized take than my usual art has. Here's hoping it will only get more refined and reliable! ^^
