Finally, after 2 hours of thought, in a room that is hot, I figured out who could suit into Tails. And wouldn't you know it, I picked Fiona. XD

And then maybe she'll get a change of heart, too, and stop being a bitch. She seems to have forgotten that while Sonic may have appeared to betray her as children, Tails never did anything to break her trust in him. I wouldn't be surprised if Scourge betrays her someday, he's done it before to allies and former girlfriends.
