Distilled from the blissful cries of happy moogles; their happiness is captured and condensed in a special bottle until it becomes a cloudy, bubbly mixture. Sealed with a Kupo Cork to ensure none of the liquid escapes~ Once the bottle is full of enough happiness, it sprouts a pair of wings to show that the liquid has matured.
