Thank you! c:
Well... how I make my line-art is I have separate layers for the sketch(hair, eyes, clothes etc.) then merge. Next I change the opacity of the sketch, make a new layer above that and go over with black, neater lines. I sometimes use the line-work layer, as you see, to help with that(usually curve for me) and also have separate layers for going over the sketch(eyes, body, etc.) and then merge(just the neater line-work together).
If it's still not like I want, I would change the opacity of the neater layer, make a new one above and then continue over it with black(you could change the color later by preserve opacity) to apply corrections. Or erase the mistakes... but I usually just do that.
If you don't have a steady hand/shaky lines, you could change the stabilizer/smoothing down the drop menu(slows the line/lag) or use a line-work layer so you could edit the lines after.
I hope that's not (too) confusing...~

I speak spanish so If I where to get confused then its because English isn't my native language. X3
But I did understand. My problem are the super shaky lines because my hands shake a lot! :C I see the lag thing. But it is very hard to get used
to that lag line. (I sometimes have to put it on the most laggiest one to make a good looking line.)
