PBC Productions is based out of... New York I think. They did a 10 episode series entitled Captain S, an intentionally cheesy and low-budgeted series that basically acted as a combination of Captain N and Saved by the Bell... but with the Sega Master System instead of the NES. It's quite fun.

Oh my gosh! I just got done watching a Captain N marathon. =^____^= I was so sad when they half-assed the character designs in the third season when they made it into a dinky ten/fifteen minute thing with the Super Mario World. I was so bummed when that happened. ^.^;
