n old sequence that I started in 2006, just finished the final bird form today. He's one of those who transforms and becomes a bird forever, hence the fingernails fall out and so on. Uh, not much of a story goes with this. I have a connection to blue herons since I had one visit the wetlands in our backyard twice, very beautiful majestic birds with a gigantic wingspan.
This kid probably lives in a crappy run-down village in a foreign country somewhere and he dreams of something better. He longs to be a majestic heron and can fly through the sky, land high in trees and can dine on fish and seafood all day. I mean, why not?
I don't think there is anything rated "Mature" about this, you don't see any naughty bits (and I'm glad of that). Though he does look really scary at one point. O_o

He's around age 9 as a human, so he's fairly small, maybe around 53 inches tall, which is around the same size as an adult blue heron at 4.5 feet. The kid doesn't become a gigantic Godzilla-sized bird, but the blue heron does happen to be the largest bird of the heron family and they're quite large compared to the sparrows, blue jays, and geese i'm accustomed to seeing.
